The blades of the B6 are inclined against the direction of belt travel using minimum pressure. Individual blades are bolted to sprung elements enabling them to deflect away from belt to compensate for mechanical joints and any worn or uneven belt surfaces.

Various blade types are available to suit even the most highly abrasive materials in a corrosive environment, all with extended blade life.

Deflector skirts attached to the blades assist the effective removal of material from the scraper.

The need for maintenance is reduced to self adjustment of the scraper mounting, ensuring the scraper is working efficiently at all times.
